What is Intercultural Wellness Program?
We are implementing a "Multicultural Wellness Program" aimed at understanding diverse cultures and promoting mental and physical health.
By participating in the Multicultural Wellness Program, you will:
- Learn and experience self-care methods in a multicultural environment!
- Build a supportive network where you can encourage each other!
Scheduled programs
Fall Semester 2025-
As the semester deepens and the days get shorter, it's a perfect time to restore balance in your busy student life.
Join our monthly yoga flow to center yourself, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your inner peace.
All levels welcome - just bring yourself and an open mind.
We will be practicing Hatha Yoga!

We will be holding a board game session at "COCOA" next week. Take a break from your busy schedule, refresh your mind, and meet new friends through board games!
This session provides a calm and welcoming space for students from diverse cultural backgrounds to connect at their own pace. Join us for an enjoyable afternoon filled with fun and friendship.

Do you have tasks you need to tackle but are struggling to get started? Finding it hard to stay motivated when working alone?
We are excited to introduce the "Study Buddy Lounge," a study space designed around the concept of "together, yet independent."
Whether you're working on homework, preparing for exams, or simply reading, all activities are welcome. By sharing the same space with others, you may find it easier to focus and get productive.
We will create a comfortable, low-pressure environment where you can learn and work at your own pace and in your own way.
