What should I do if I'm involved in a traffic accident?
The number of bicycle accidents involving international students has been increasing yearly. First of all, in order to avoid accidents, be sure to ride at a sensible speed and come to a complete stop at intersections. Also, read the Handbook for International Students for information on what to do if you are involved in a traffic accident. If you need to speak with your insurance company, ask an acquaintance who speaks Japanese to help. Recently, there has been a rise in the number of traffic accidents caused by international students. If you cause damage to an automobile or injury to a person, you may have to pay damages to the victim. Therefore, it is recommended to get Student Insurance at the Co-op as soon as possible.
I would like to join the Intercultural Education Program for elementary and junior high schools. Where can I apply?
Whenever the ACS Office is asked to recruit international students
from Nagoya University for elementary or junior high schools international exchange visits,
the ACS Office will post information about the visit on the International Center bulletin boards.
