Nagoya University has a variety of international exchange activities in which both international and
Japanese students participate to facilitate cross cultural exchange on campus.
We are looking for new members to join us in organizing these activities.

International Exchange Groups
Small World Coffee Hour (SWCH)
Every month during the school year, this event provides an informal atmosphere in which to meet both international and Japanese students who share your intercultural interests. Come and enjoy coffee, tea, snacks, and great conversation! We are always looking for student volunteers who would like to help organizing this program in our SWCH team.

Presentation Hour "20 seconds of Inspiration"
Presentation Hour is organized once or twice a year to offer you opportunities for academic interactions with students through intercultural/multicultural presentations. Themes of the presentations are diverse: research, major, hobby, intercultural/study abroad experience, favorite things etc. We are now looking for presenters and staff members. Help Desk
Help Desk provides support to newly arrived international students for the first three weeks of the semester. A lot of students drop by the desk at the IEEC lounge to ask various questions. Also, with many interesting events, it's a great chance to learn about new cultures. Get a head start on meeting new friends by joining Help Desk!

Gateway to Overseas Studies (Ryugaku no Tobira)
"Ryugaku no Tobira" consists of students who have experienced "Study Abroad" in various ways-exchange programs, language programs, etc...The group supports students who are seeking to study abroad by providing information according to their experience. The group hosts events such as "Study Abroad Fair" and "Study Abroad Advice Clinic." Join us if you have experience studying abroad!

Action Group for Cross-Cultural Exchange (ACE)
ACE implements various activities in a spirit of "Exchange, Bridge, and Volunteering". The most significant activity conducted by ACE is the arrival support for new international students provided in every April and October. ACE also offers various cultural exchange activities through the year.
